Will there be a second season?
As of now, Hulu has not renewed Saint X for a second season. It is not surprising since the show was recently released on the streaming platform.
Hulu considers various factors when deciding to renew a series, including viewership numbers and drop-off rates. It may take several months for Hulu to make a decision.
The chances of a second season are lower due to the series being based on a novel, with no additional source material available. Furthermore, Saint X has received mostly negative reviews. While there is no book sequel, the author, Schaitkin, has another book called “Elsewhere” that shares some similarities with Saint X.
However, never say never, especially considering the open-ended finale of the series. Showrunner Leila Gerstein mentioned the author’s support and willingness to make changes to the adaptation. If Hulu decides to produce Saint X Season 2, it is possible that they could collaborate again, despite the absence of further books.

Since Hulu has not approved a second season yet, there is little information available. The first season concludes with a thorough explanation of Alison’s death, the rekindling of friendship between Edwin and Gogo, and Claire coming to terms with her sister’s loss. If a second season were to happen, it might explore Claire’s journey and explore how Gogo copes with Edwin’s presumed death. Alternatively, it could take the form of an anthology.
