The Fallout Commander Decks are designed as entry points to Commander gameplay, featuring new cards and reprints.

Each deck introduces between 37 and 41 Commander cards never seen before in Magic: The Gathering. Additionally, all reprints in the Commander decks feature new art tailored to the Fallout theme.

Scrappy Survivors

This red, green, and white deck utilizes Fallout 4’s canine companion Dogmeat to merge Auras, Equipment, and even artifact tokens in a go-wide strategy.

While the theme may seem somewhat scattered, with each component typically capable of supporting its own deck, the outcome is a powerful synergy of tokens and Auras that can seamlessly integrate into various deck builds.

Science!

Thanks to its exclusive appearance in the Kaladesh block, energy has never truly had the opportunity to establish itself as a distinct Commander deck archetype. However, that changes with Fallout, where a red, white, and blue deck led by Project Purity’s Dr. Madison Li takes the spotlight.

Energy counters are the focal point of this deck, offering numerous methods to generate energy and then utilize it for various benefits. Additionally, the inclusion of Liberty Prime, a colossal robot, adds an exciting element to the mix, as it tends to enhance any situation.

Mutant Menace

The irradiated wasteland is teeming with a variety of horrifying mutants and monsters, and this deck gathers them all with the new rad counter mechanic. Expect plenty of proliferating, coupled with a thematic focus on the mutant creatures you’ll be deploying.

Rad counters are placed on players. At the start of your precombat main phase, you mill one card for each rad counter you possess. If you mill a nonland card in this way, you lose one life and remove a rad counter.
